Is there a way to change the top bar, inspector, palate colors in general?
I was able to change the colors of the paper, and the wallpaper, but not the top part (the one that contains the notes, playback, file, edit etc.) The inspector and the palate colors. I've seen some people post screen shots with those things being different colors. How can I do it?

That only changes paper, and canvas. I need the palate background, Inspector background and the top bar background to change

Sorry, by "notes" I thought you meant the score itself. The only way I know to change the colors of the toolbars or other windows is the two options Light and Dark in Edit / Preferences / General (a restart is required).

How do I restart? Also, if I restart, will my scores remain untouched?
