Remove "Create > test" plugin

The "Create > test" plugin was original included as a demonstration for plugin developers. It shows that you can place plugin menu items outside of the plugin menu.

The MuseScore.com plugin is now included in MuseScore it demonstrates that plugins can choose any existing menu and even specify placement in the menu ("File > Save Online...").

Since the musescore.com plugin serves this purpose, I propose deleting the "Create > test" plugin.
