Problems of Layout Setting on Orchestral Works

I am now editing a work for orchestra, but there's a problem relating to the layout. The page now cannot display all the instruments, just up to Violin I. The Violin II, Viola, Cello and Bass are not able to being showed.
I read some articles relating to the problem, they said we should reducing the spacing between system and the size of texts. But this will take me many time and have to repeat for many times when I make a new score.
I am now using Musescore 2.0, there's some template when I get start with a new score. I found that there is a orchestral template. An A4 size paper can display all parts inside the template. And I found that there i no changes done on the spacing, text size and paper size. All of them are in default. However, the paper can show all parts. I think this is related to the proportion of the score displayed, but I can't find that how to change it.
Pls help!!! My work is in urgent!!!!

Printed orchestral scores for actual performance use--as opposed to 'study scores'--are generally printed on large sheets of paper, which is why conductors' desks are much larger than ordinary music stands used by players. It is not uncommon for orchestral scores to be printed on 17x22 sheets and stitched or spiral bound into 11x17 booklets, and I have seen scores larger than that often enough, too.
If you need a performance score and you don't have a printer than can handle A3 (11.4 x 16.5) or Ledger (11x17), you will need to save your score as a PDF in one of those sizes (use LAYOUT>Page Settings>Page Size) and then take it to a copy shop on a USB thumb drive for them to print. Most copy shops can print 11x17; some can handle 17x22.
If you only need to print a study score, set the Page Settings to Ledger or A3, then save as a PDF, but when you print click PREFERENCES to bring up the printer-driver's dialogue and set Paper Size to LETTER, then Scaling to 'FIT TO PAPER'. The driver will automatically shrink the 11x17 page images to fit on an 8.5x11.
