Concert Treble to Transposing Treble
I recently uploaded a piece of music for 4 trombones, 2 in concert treble and 2 in bass clef, so I used 2 piano treble and 2 trombones to compose it. I later changed the two treble to bass only to realize the first part is too high for a normal trombone. I switched it to treble in hopes of maybe having a trumpet play it, only to realize the clef is still reading concert, any ideas?

If the solution already exists on the site please tell me where so I can avoid hassling you all more than is necessary.
In the handbook see Change and adjust sounds , "Change instrument". Choose Bb trumpet and this will fix the transposition as well as the clef.
In the future it is best to ask for support on the forums . The issue tracker is for documented bugs ("mistakes") in the software.
