Weird, I can confirm, doesn't like the typical sort of low-resource audio glitch, but like an actual timing error. And it on;y happens with certain organ sounds as far as I can tell.

If any "vol.env.delay" parameter is used in the sound-font, the delay grows and spreads to other locations.
This problem has already been mentioned.

But nobody cared about it.
I have removed all use of the volume envelope delay phase in version 0.1.9 of the SoundFont, as this feature is currently broken in MuseScore's FluidSynth implementation, causing issues like what you have described (see issue #291501). You can download the SoundFont here to test if it resolves the issue for you. Here is the HQ version (better ensemble strings).
Let's mark it fixed then, even without knowing when this will make it into the MuseScore package or when the HQ Extensions gets updated with this
