Score does not display fully in Navigator if latter set to ON when score loads

2.0.3 on Win 7/10

1. Load a multipage score.
2. Turn on Navigator (F12).
3. Close score (leave Navigator ON) and reload it (or load any other score).

The navigator only displays the first half of the first page. To populate the Navigator you need to bring those hidden sections into view in the score window.

To fix, you need to "refresh" the navigator by (1) clicking it OFF and ON again or (2) selecting another window outside Musescore then reselecting the MuseScore window.

This happens to me occasionally and--or so I believe--unreporducibly. To fix the problem I run the cursor around in the navigator and the pages appear from under the cursor as it crosses their location.
