Orchestral template names need to be clearer

The two orchestra templates do not show staves, only a title page, so clear names is important. There is no such thing as a 'Concert Orchestra'. 'Concert Orchestra' should be renamed either 'Symphony Orchestra', or 'Full Symphony Orchestra' to indicate it has a low brass and percussion section. It could also be named 'Romantic Orchestra' to keep the theme of naming orchestras after historical periods - it was the Romance period that added those two sections to the orchestra.

'Full Symphony Orchestra' is probably the clearest, though.
