There are font style controls in Style > Measure Numbers, which, as far as I can tell, are a duplication of ones already found in Style > Text Styles > Measure Number, although they don't update to match those until the Style window is closed and reopened.

Similar redundant controls are found in Style > System > Long Instrument Names and/or Short Instrument Names, as well as Style > Header, Footer. I'm pretty sure these are a mistake, a leftover from the pre-3.0 upheaval when text styles were removed and restored.

_Fix #286651: redundant text style controls, make Text Inspector narrower

  • Remove redundant text style settings
