On the Download page, section Older and unsupported versions
https://musescore.org/en/download#older-versions

Add a link to @mattmcclinch's GitHub page hosting the binaries for MuseScore 3.x for macOS 10.10 and 10.11
https://github.com/mattmcclinch/MuseScore/releases

between section heading and the txt below it, e.g.

Older and unsupported versions

Current stable version - MuseScore 3.x

MuseScore 3.x for macOS 10.10 &10.1, unofficial build

Previous stable version - MuseScore 2.3.2

(since everything under here is officially unsupported, it the type of "unsupported" (e.g. supported by the community vs too old to be supported by MuseScore.org) probably does not matter.

The alternative - of finding the link to the download page in a forum post or the #281472: MuseScore 3 does not run on macOS 10.10 & 10.11 , is too onerous.

I second this request; there is a decent (or at least vocal) user base for whom this is the only way forward currently. Linking to matt's build until Anatoly can integrate them into the official build&release&package flow is a simple site patch.

Please add to the
Release Announcement
https://musescore.org/3.1 is live, for an example
https://musescore.org/3.2 is upcoming / not live yet, below the macOS official build, a link to the unofficial build's site
* macOS 10.12 or higher
* macOS 10.10 & 10.11 (unofficial build)
which links to
https://github.com/mattmcclinch/MuseScore/releases

(I took the liberty to add this here since this is related and having a separate issue for a release announcement addition may not make sense)
