Steps to reproduce:
- Create a score with two or more staffs.
- Select any note or break in the score, and add a system text (CNTRL + SHIFT + T); name it as you wish
- Select the chosen bar in the highst staff.
Current behavior:
- The system text gets selected, although it wouldn't copy on CNTRL+C or delete on DEL.
Expected behavior:
- The text doesn't get selected at all, since actions don't affect these.

Comments
I've noticed that all system items like Rehearsal marks, tempos, system text and I'm probably missing some things are selected when select the top staff. This does seem rather deceptive in implies there is a possibility to copy and paste them.
Well, they are selected, and respond to commands like "V". But I agree there is some room for clarification here.
System text, while it does shows selected, does not copy/paste. same for tempo text, rehearsal marks.
