Cannot load update....
I downloaded the update of MuseScore 3, but when I drag the update into Applications I get the scrolling bar and a message saying "Preparing to copy to applications" and it never happens. I waited for a couple of hours and nothing.

Are you on Big Sur? If so, it's so new I haven't heard of this problem but there have been some other new issues.

Can I get in touch with MuseScore directly or is this the only way of getting support?

I've pinged one of our MacOS contributors to look at this topic, but so far I can not recall other reports of this behavior. Do you perhaps have some kind of anti-virus/permissions management going on? (disclaimer, I'm also not a Mac user).

Just to let you know, I simply rebooted my Mac and MuseScore 3 downloaded.

And I believed that reboot fix being a pure Windows thing ;-)
