after save the score，close it and reopen it，the note‘ position is changed.

Not sure why you'd want to move grace notes from before the 1st note of the bottom staff to after the (last) note of the top staff though, rather than directly using "grace note after" on that one?

Oh, I see, this exactly is the problem!

Actually I can...

  1. New score, piano, grand staff
  2. whole note in to staff (actually to the last note of a measure)
  3. gracenote after attached to it
  4. any note in bottom staff (see attached score)
  5. export to MusicXML
  6. close
  7. import the MusicXML

This appears to be an import issue, not an export issue. The two musicxml files I have attached were produced by music21, and both look good to me. One works, the other shows the bug, and the only difference is eighth-note grace notes vs. 16th note grace notes (diff the files to see). Eighth shows the bug, 16th does not. I also attached small screenshots (PDFs) of MuseScore's rendering of these files. I would also note that Finale renders both of these musicxml files correctly.
