Vertical Frames and Formatting Across Parts

I'd like to add a Vertical Frame with the title of each movement of my piece. However, the formatting of the vertical frame isn't being applied to the other parts when I try to add it at the beginning of the piece like in the images. When I added a vertical frame for movement 2, the text formatting was correct (the spacing wasn't quite right, but I'm not as concerned about that). Is there a way to synchronize formatting across parts so I don't have to manually fix this in every single part?
