The tempo changes after exporting mscz to midi file
I have a problem with Musescore 3. The tempo changes after exporting mscz to midi file. I attach mscz and midi files.

Dotted quarter at 80 is quarter note at 120. As far as I know, MIDI converts everything to quarters per minute normally. If for some reaosn you need to import the MIDI file back into MsueScore - which would not normally ever be a thing, because you're going to lsoe far more than just the format of your tempo marking - just edit the tempo marking to change it back to dotted quarter = 80.

Should work fine, as I said, the tempo is correct.
The problem is that when I play the midi file in the player, the melody goes slower next faster.

Well, yes, that's because your tempo marking isn't right at the beginning but for some reason is on measure 3.
I tried to fix that (see mscz file 2) but there is no result.

If you're saying you exported a MIDI file from this and your DAW software was unable to play it with a steady tempo, that's something you'd need to take up with them via their support forum. But MuseScore is certainly exporting the tempo correctly.
Ok., thank you for your help. I'll try to change 12/8 to 8/8 for all notes. What do you think?

8/8 is not a normal time signature people are used to reading. 4/4 could make sense if you feel like rewriting it and you feel people would be able to read it better with triplets, but that shouldn't change anything about playback - just about how it reads.
You're right. I just found a solution in my DAW. I can change the tempo freely in the different parts.
