Adding Note anchored line
I have been unable to find an explanation in the Handbook of how to add a Note anchored line. A search of the string "Note anchored line” yields nothing except a new page with the message "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.”
Typing in Add menu yields the same message.
Typing in Menus ditto.
I downloaded a PDF of the Handbook and searched it. No success. The Glossary yields nothing.
I must conclude that the documentation is useless. It certainly is an exercise in frustration.

I suppose you could add the line from the Lines palette. Uncheck Auto Place. Then you can place and stretch it however you want.

For a certain reason, the "Note anchored line" is not located in the Lines palette, but via menu Add / Lines / "Note anchored line".
