Question About Count-In Metronome Function in MuseScore 4
Dear MuseScore Team,
My name is Pedro, and I’ve been a MuseScore user for some time. I recently upgraded to MuseScore 4. In MuseScore 3, I frequently used the feature where the metronome played a count-in before playback, which was very helpful for my workflow.
However, in MuseScore 4, I haven’t been able to find this option in the same way. I tried enabling "Count-in" in the Transport Panel and checked the playback settings, but I’m still unsure how it works now.
Questions:
Was this feature changed or removed in version 4?
Are there additional settings required to make the metronome play before playback, as it did in the previous version?
Thank you for your attention. I’m happy to provide more details if needed.
Best regards,
Pedro

Ooh 4.6!
Is this certain or only promised for now?
Lack of count-in is really "the" reason why I'm staying in V3 (other than I don't see anything in V4 justifying the migration risk/work).

That's for sure: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/9183
And it's available in a nightly version, which I tried out successfully a few days ago.

Is there any enhancement compared to the V3 implementation or is it just the same?
