Adding tempo from the palette to some score remains uneffective until the tempo is modified by the inspector.
If I drag a tempo (not a tempo text, but by " = ") to a score, then this tempo becomes only effective if going to the inspector and disabling the "follow text" check button). Then the numerical tempo in the tempo line becomes effective. I think this is what a user wants, if he drags such a tempo text to into the score . Why do I have to make some adaption in the inspector?
This happens at least in MuseScoreNightly-201706271519-master-b829860-x86_64.AppImage.

I think I'm affected by the same bug under e9287fd. It doesn't update the tempo when I change the numeric value, so I have to calculate the tempos manually instead of relying on the follow text option.
