STRING INSTRUCTIONS
To make a translation of the Getting Started score, download the MuseScore file from https://musescore.com/isaacweiss/getting-started , translate all the text inside the actual score, upload the resulting mscz file to your own MuseScore account, and drop us a message at support@musescore.com. Being able to provide a localised Getting Started score, makes a huge difference for young starters! Let's make the world more musical :)
I have done so now - please update https://musescore.org/en/administrative-guidelines/translation-instruct…, because those are the instructions that I followed.
You can update those instructions yourself.
I'll give you the link tomorrow.

Before I do, are these instructions still relevant?
The link to be entered in Transifex is: http://static.musescore.com/5012805/cb7a493799/score.mscz
As for the instructions, I would vote to keep them in place.
We still need to update the wiki though. I can't do it until I get my question above answered.
I have tested the 2.3 nightly (MuseScoreNightly-2018-06-21-1002-2.3-946c78f.7z), and it's working :)
However, the thumbnail is still in English - is there anything that I can do to provide one, if the code allows it? I'll understand if you don't want to put any work into this right now because of https://musescore.org/en/node/273575
#273575: Help files missing from start center is not related to this issue here, which is for 2.x and as such not affected by the lack of QtWebView in more recent version so Qt than 2.x is using
