Help files missing from start center

There used to be a link to a "Getting Started score and to some training videos in the start center. All I see now in the nightly build is the "New Score" option.

Tested on Windows 10, MuseScoreNightly-2018-06-21-0833-master-0eb54f1.7z

The part of Qt that was responsible for this part of the start center, QtWebKit , has been removed from the newer Qt version master uses. It was removed in Qt 5.5 and master uses 5.9
