Dynamic Markings Placed Weirdly When Posted
Hello, all!
I am still quite new to submitting things on MuseScore, and last night I ran into a problem. I posted some sheet music that I finished (https://musescore.com/user/141448/scores/5102401) and I noticed that all of my markings were off. The crescendos and decrescendos are (almost all) on the wrong spot, yet on the MuseScore application itself, all of my markings are placed correctly. I tried editing my music (making the markings smaller, changing placement) and the problem still isn't solved.
OH, and funny thing, I noticed that it's only like that on the PC. I opened MuseScore on my phone and none of the problems show up! I can't print music through the phone though, because it requires MuseScore PRO.
Help me out, experienced users! I need to print this music sometime without it being so weird!

That's strange. To me, on the PDF AND website, all of the markings are still placed in the wrong places. I've been trying since yesterday.
I only see the markings placed in the correct spots when I'm in the phone application or on the musescore application in which I did the music in.

Ah, I see, some are placed strange like in measure 25, which for some reason is in a different system in MuseScore vs. musescore.org
There is something strange going one with different layout in MuseScore and on musescore.org, which really shouldn't happen, even after I reset all hairpins
I'm curious if you ever used the page view to adjust the hairpins (decrescendo...) or only the continuous view. If so, then you probably adjusted some haipins to cross page breaks, which will make them jump a long distance when you switch to page view. If you only adjusted them to stay within a note, I have seen them move a short distance from where you originally placed them when you switch from continuous view to page view. Since I don't see the original score I don't know if any of these apply.
As far as printing them, e-mail them to yourself (or create a draft e-mail) with the score attached and use your e-mail server on both the source and destination devices to be able to transfer the score.

Of a platform dependant issue, Linux (like musescore.com) vs. Windows (like the OP and me)?
It's sometimes the case that because different computers contain different fonts and other differences in their internal libraries, a score that looks one way on one system might look slightly different on another system. In particular, there may be places where a particular measure might fit on a particular system on one computer but it might not fit on a different computer that has different fonts. I think that's what is going on here. The font you are using for lyrics doesn't exist on all or even most computers, so lyrics take a different amount of space on your computer than on others. Better to stick to standard fonts if trying to share your score with others.
Of course, ideally, it would be OK for measures to be on different systems on different computers - everything should adjust automatically. Unfortunately, I think there is a bug with hairpins (and other lines) where if there were manual adjustments involved, those adjustments will screw things up if a measure is in a different place on a different computer. More investigation needed...

I changed the lyric font back to default and updated it on MuseScore, and it made no difference :(

@Didjuno. You use a "particular" font for the lyrics text style (Odd/Even lines) ie Sylfaen. Not all fonts are supported in MuseScore.com. FreeSerif, Free Sans, Times New Roman, Courier, and a few others (I could re-find them, I think) are supported.
EDIT: normally, when the font is not supported, another one appears (eg for the Title)
About the lyrics font, I don't know exactly what is presumed to arrive?
In any case, this Sylfaen font seems to cause major layout changes from what I see. On your score (once downloaded), the measure numbers at the start of each system are : 1, 3, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21, 25, 27, 29 etc.
On musescore.com, it becomes: 1, 3, 5, 8,12,15,19, 22, 26, 28 etc.
By returning to a "standard" text font for lyrics (I chose FreeSerif), here is the score ( 1Never_Enough_Acapella.mscz ) , the layout will be identical on your score and on musescore.com, ie: 1, 3, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21 , 25, 28, 31, etc.

I tried changing it back to regular font on my original, but it didn't do anything. I tried updating my post with yours and it seemed like it liked yours better and totally worked.
