Enharmonic Key Signatures?
In a song, if I wrote a song in Concert F# major, and there's a concert pitch part and a part that's in Eb, how can I make it so that the key signature for the part in Eb shows Ab major instead?

Which instruments are you using?
When I e.g. use a Piano and a Bb-Clarinet in F# Major, the clarinet is shown in Ab Major
If using an Eb-Clarinet I get it in Eb-Major, if you want that to show Ab-Major, change it to Cb-Major while holding Ctrl pressed, to get a local key sig, just for that staff
If you want to see the transposed key signature make sure the concert pitch button is not pressed just below the main menu. If you are not using local key signatures, you will see transposing instruments have a different key signature when it is not pressed. If you are using local key signatures (ctrl+drag) what you see is determined by what changes you have made.
I am a bit confused. If the song is in F# concert - six sharps - then an Eb instrument should be in Eb, not Ab. And that's exactly how MuseScore displays it. Maybe you mean for Bb instruments? These would indeed end up in Ab, but again, that's exactly how MuseScore displays it already. You don't need to do anything to make that happen. The only case you would is for an F instrument, which would come out in C#. If you wanted to force that to be Db, then you could add Gb for that staff only by holding Ctrl while adding it.
My apologies for not responding at an earlier time, but I've just realized how unclear I've been. So, in the song I'm transcribing, the main key is G minor. On measure 53, there is a key change to E major. For the Soprano and Tenor Saxes, this changes to F# major, and for Alto Saxes, this changes to C# major. My question is that is it possible to change Soprano and Tenor Sax key signature to Gb major, and the Alto Sax key signature to Db major?
