Strange, on my windows system time wise delete is ctrl+delete (=cmd+delete on Mac) and I just downloaded the latest to make sure I had at least the same version as you.
Thanks, I've corrected it! At least, in the "New Features" page (https://musescore.org/en/node/278908), can't say if anyone has already used this info to update any other pages...
@BSG, either I'm really confused or you wrote it backwards, but what I get now agrees with the page you referenced. I guess Marc updated the page before I looked at it.
Edit: I'm really confused. I now understand what you said.

I didn't say it isn't! I said that the DOCUMENTATION (on this site) disagrees!

No, I checked again. I wrote it correctly. Maybe my syntax was confusing. Anyway, Marc fixed it.
You wrote it correctly indeed, although it did take me a moment to understand.
Meanwhile, BSG, would you mind looking at #277698: Request ability to mute staff (as opposed to instrument, or voice), especially my long response at https://musescore.org/en/node/277698#comment-876207, and weighing in if you have additional thoughts - including any corrections to my characterizations? If I'm right about what I'm saying, I think you'll be happy with the implications for your work...
