1) SATB template
2) Generate parts (new all -> Ok)
3) From the main score: add a double barline in measure 4
4) Toggle in Soprano part
Result: as expected
5) Remain in Soprano part: add another double barline in measure 8
6) Look at in other parts, Alto ou Tenor part, eg
Result: nothing. This second double barline is missing
7) Return in main score: the second double barline appears in the top staff (the Soprano proper staff), but not in other staves/instruments.

How is that different from #280912: Double barline not synced in a score with parts? This should be in 3.1, 739947f, the 2nd to last commit for 3.1 Beta
In reply to How is that different from … by Jojo-Schmitz
The step#3 did not worked in previous related issue (step#3, adding double barline in main score was not synced into the parts, while now it works)
Currently, with the latest nightly, 25c8a3e, I can reproduce with the mentioned steps above (so in Beta version and this nightly/commit)
So the barlines get synced from score to parts, but not from part to other parts and not to score correctly/completly?
Have you read/check my steps?
Tried to read and understand ;-) but not (yet) checked.
Indeed, it's different from I fixed for 3.1, but the same as #287620: Changing barline type in part affects only that staff in score which I submitted a fix for yesterday :-)
To be clear: when changing a barline type in the part, it applies to all staves in that part, and to all linked staves in the score, but not to other staves in the score. There could actually be times when this is desirable, but certainly not most of the time.
