Double Dots & ToolBar
Is there anyway to add or remove things from the toolbar to make usage easier? I like using Double Dots, but to get that on my ToolBar it requires that I use advance settings, which I'm familiar with, but I find kinda unnecessary with the amount of other things on the Advanced ToolBar

In version 3 you can customize toolbars using View->Toolbars->Customize toolbars

To supplement mike320's answer, you can also create a workspace (at the bottom of the palettes) that saves your specific toolbar. Create new workspace, select "Save Toolbar", edit the toolbar using the above steps. That way, you can always revert to the original basic or advanced workspaces.

Is it possible to add the GO TO dialogue to a custom toolbar? If not, is there any reason why this would not be a Good Thing.

You mean the search box that shows when you type Ctrl+F? Currently that is fixed to the bottom of the screen, but I agree it would be nice if this could be customized so it could be added to other toolbars instead.
