Go to part "Posaune I"
Change clef to Tenor Clef
The first line up to the key signature change will stay in Bass clef.
This happens only in the part, The score is OK.

And it happens only when there is a multi mesure rest at the beginning of the part an multi mesure rests are enabled.

I noticed this issure once before but it was fixed in the Nightly build 2019-04-16-1043. Now, in 3.1 I noticed it again.

I think I just ran into this yesterday too but it was on an older importer score and I couldn't reproduce from scratch. Would be interesting to know when exactly this worked then stopped - I don't see any relevant changes around that date.

Meanwhile, I do have a pull request to fix some other issues involving the headers on mmrests, see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/4884. But it doesn't fix this.

To reproduce it fron scratch:
- New Score
- Select two Instruments, for example two trombones
- Write some notes in bar 3 of the first trombone
- Create Parts
- Go to Part Trombone 1
- Change clef to tenor clef
- The notes move to the correct positions für tenor clef, but the clef itselft remains a bass clef

Indeed, it's simple to reproduce. I think I was trying somewhere other than the very beginning of the score, that seems to be the only place a problem occurs. Meanwhile, we're looking into it.
