Can't open a certain midi but other software can
Hey!
First off, thank you for this awesome software!
Today I encountered an error opening a midi file from "Heroes of Might and Magic 2".
There's a song I like and I wanted to check out notes for it but it doesn't open. MuseScore complaints about bad format. However, other programs can open it just fine like WinAMP for instance.
I attached a screenshot with error and midi file itself.
Can you please clarify, is this a bug or something actually wrong with the file?

MuseScore 2.3.2 can open it, 3.1 indeed cannot

I checked out 2.3.2 and it works, thanks!
Guess I can live with it for now, but I really like 3.1 version (GUI works better with my custom DPI settings) so I hope it'll get fixed soon.

Thanks for #290682: Can't open a midi file in 3.1 (unexpected EOF) but can in 2.3.2

We do know that MuseScore 2.3.2 and several MIDI players, like Microsoft Mediaplayer, open (and play) it
