orchestral score transition from full ensemble to solo piano

I'm not sure if there's a name for this technique, but I'm wondering if there is a way to reduce the full score of a piece down to solo piano in Musescore 2 (I am unable to use Musescore 3 for this project). Specifically, I am writing an arrangement of Rhapsody in Blue and would like the conductor's score to look exactly like the original score does, shown in the attached picture.
