I am from Singapore and I just reported an issue on Musescore just before 5pm here. I noticed that the time said 09:56 so I changed my time zone to Asia/Singapore and it still shows 09:56! I made this one at 5:26pm and it shows 10:26.
Comments
Shows as 11:26 for me, and as such exactly right for my TZ

What time zone are you in?

I'm from Singapore, 8 hours ahead of UTC.
CEST, UTC-2

I tried to press save again, did not work.

Did you mean UTC+2?

I suggest you post a test comment, see if it's correct on your side.
Well, CET-1CEST so 2 hours ahead of UTC (until tomorrow, then just 1)

Tried changing to Hong Kong's time zone, still did not fix the problem. Maybe the technical department should get involved.
Well, this is a proof ;-)

I have already signaled in old thread that the timezone behaviour of this site is buggy.
It is not that much important but...
The correct way is that the server registers messages with its own timezone, then they can be displayed in the timezone of the users without any incoherence.
I suppose (I haven't checked the code) that instead the site uses the local Time and timezone to register message Time, so as soin a a poster PC is incorrectly set up it bugs.
That's only an hypothesis. Only sure thing is that the time management is buggy.

The website is closed-source, right? How do you check the code? Viewing HTML source?
