Palettes disappear in 3.3.1 on Windows 10
They were normal in 3.3.0, but aren't visible in 3.3.1. What happened?

Is there any output if launching MuseScore from a command line? Does this happen if you build MuseScore yourself? And would this happen if you build MuseScore yourself using Qt 5.9.8?
The most significant change that could potentially cause this is downgrading from Qt 5.12.5 (which caused many other issues including startup crashes somewhere in WebView and bad palettes scaling in multi-monitor setup in Windows 10) to Qt 5.9.8, but in order to know the reason for sure more information would be needed.

That Qt version change was supposed to fix this issue (too), wasn't it?
BTW: I am building myself too, using Qt 5.12.6 and .5 up until last week), without such an issue on neither Windows 7 nor 10

Sorry, I was in a hurry last night so I didn't give you enough information. Running it from a command line doesn't give any output. And self-built version has the palettes (I didn't change anything, so I suppose it is still using Qt 5.12.5?).
See #297017: No palette available in MuseScore 3.3.1.8837 (Windows)
I was upgrading my MuseScore to 3.3.1 when I ran across this. I'm now uninstalling 3.3.1 so I can go back to 3.3.
