Didn't know how I could change the bpm for preview before uploading mscz-file. Some of my older scores had a bpm setting, but when I change the metronome in the dialog I didn't have any effect on my saved mscz-file.

Tempo changes made by the slider in the mixer are temporary overrides. To apply a tempo to your score, add a tempo marking: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/tempo-0
Note that it's better to ask these questions in the forum and only open bugs/feature requests once it is established that your question indeed is a new feature request.
If you than have to create an issue, keep in mind that the 'Assigned' field is meant to contain the developer who will contribute a code patch for that issue.
