slur creation between grace notes and main notes.

If you have multiple grace notes leading into a main note, and want to slur between them, you can hit s on the first, and have it extend the slur to the right one note at a time.

But, the alternate method with normal slurs of clicking the first note and the last note and hitting s does not currently work.
