Flats in instrument names lost when opening 1.0 files
Steps to reproduce bug
1. Create a Bb trumpet score in MuseScore 1.0 (or download the score attached)
2. Open the Bb trumpet score in MuseScore 2.0 trunk
Expected behavior: Instrument name should remain intact: "Bb trumpet"
Actual behavior: Instrument name does not properly display flat sign: "B trumpet"
MuseScore version: r. 4252 nightly build

I'm not sure if it's critical.
I can't reproduce - reopen if you can.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (912c592) - Mac 10.7.4.
