Accidentals and grace notes collide with stems

GIT commit: b3cd356/ Windows7

1) Treble clef template → 2 sharps
2) Enter 8 eighth notes, eg

3) Add a natural to the C (second note)
Result : the natural (and the next sharp) touches the stem.

4) Copy and paste in the following measure.
Result: worse, they collide with the stem
