When I try to open the program, all it does is open the start center start.PNG instead of opening it along with a "my first score" screen. NOT FOUND: issue I've tried to uninstall and re-install the program, and it still has the same issue. I've gone into the control panel and used the repair option, but it didn't fix anything.
