[Trunk] Cannot select flag and tie chords

1. Create score.
2. Enter two identical chords.
3. Select flag.
4. Tie.
Expected result: The chord ties.
Actual result: Nothing happens.
Discussion: The normal method is selecting the stem, but the flag would be equally usable.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4367) - Mac 10.6.7.

Think it's more of a feature.
I wondered - if you have 4 identical chords, maybe it could work like this:
Selecting flag: Ties them all.
Selecting stem: Ties one.
Works in 3.4.2, probably fixed ages ago?
(it was still an issue in 2.3.2 at least)
