I totally miss the point of the feature request. Shift + mouse is used in any software and in MuseScore to select a range of "things". Why would we introduce such an oddity in MuseScore? if the user want a B♮, it can just press B and the up arrow.
Not only that, what would MS do with an unmodified note (no sharp/flat in time sig)? Would it default to sharp, or flat, and why?
Schepers: It wouldn't do anything if you don't have a key signature.
You're right Lasconic - upon another think, I think up/down would actually be fine (forgot). I just thought it would be quicker.
