Ties to wrong note after replacing note

After replacing two half notes with one whole note, adding a tie to the previous note ignores the replaced note and ties to the note after that.
Steps:
- N to add notes
- create a line of quarter notes e,f,f,e
- N to stop adding notes
- N again to edit notes
- drop half note no top of first f, replacing both f's
- N to stop edit
- select first e
- + to tie
Tie created is to the next e, no the f half note as it should be
