Shortcut conflict checking reports conflict even when shortcut is only used in different mode
Trying to change the shortcuts for entering note lengths generates an unresolvable conflict "add fret on current string (tab only)". In fact, given this conflict requirement even the existing shortcuts are invalid. The conflict detector needs to know when a shortcut is "tab only" and not enforce conflicts with shortcuts that are not used on tab.

I wanted to second this, I had the same difficulty today.
Can someone solve this? The problem still exists, and it's nearly driving me mad because I use musescore for TAB too.
I tried musescore 2.1 and musescore 3 (unstable), no luck.
