1. Open score.
2. Enable 'Documents Stacked/Side by Side'.
3. Play.
(Result: Blue strip only appears in one window.)
4. Disable 'Documents Stacked/Side by Side'.

Result: The blue strip doesn't appear.

Using MuseScore 1.0 and 2.0 Nightly Build (4483) - Mac 10.6.8.

The blue strip appears normally after disabling "Documents Stacked/Side by Side". As for the strip only appearing in one window when it is enabled, I don't know whether it should be considered as a bug?
