[trunk] Cannot drop time signatures on any page except the first

Setup: trunk SVN rev. 4631; Qt lib 4.7.3; Ubuntu 11.04

Steps:

1) Open or create any score with more than 1 page
2) Drag a time signature to a measure in any page after the first

Result: in no position over the measure, the measure itself is highlighted and dropping the time sig. has no effect.

Notes:
1) This applies to both the F9 palette or the "Create | Time Signatures..." palette
2) Dropping time signatures on first page works correctly..
