Hypertext links in the user manual use absolute addressing to the web site. This means that clicking on a link in a downloaded manual always goes to the web site. Instead, relative addressing should be used so that the links stay on the user's PC.

Seems a regression, I'm pretty sure this did work properly some time ago. Thomas?
See https://musescore.org/en/node/67321. This has been a problem for a long time. Apparently if this was fixed on one day, the next day it would be broken again by some caching system.
