Main Menu Shortcuts for both File & Format Menus is F

Windows 7 or 8 or 10. This was clearly introduced when the Layout menu became the Format menu.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open MuseScore
- Look at the main menu File and Format labels: F is underlined in both of them. If you press on your keyboard it might select one or the other, I'm not sure how it decides which one.

In most Microsoft programs the shortcut key for the Format menu is O, so the label looks like this:

MuseScore has no menu items that already use the O as a shortcut letter, so there is no conflict there.
