Some stems of noteheads are badly drawn, too high

1) "My First Score"
2) Enter a dozen of notes
3) Apply for each one a different notehead from the Noteheads palette.

Expected result, - click on the image - as with the 2.0.3 (I have a doubt for the "triangle", drawed as expected, or not yet fully?)

Actual result: the stems of the Cross/Diamond/ Slash/Do/and Triangle (?) noteheads are too high (or rather, a wrong length?)

- After checking, this regression occurs on September 3. It's another side effect of this commit: 4ac407d
