Mixer Settings don't apply in audio export

After opening a MIDI file, the Mixer Panel may be used to select some tracks or to change instruments. Online Play takes the new settings but the "Save As" with WAV or MP3 just ignores all. It seems so that the settings are even ignored after storing the changes - maybe a kind of default instrument for each track
