[Trunk] Tie doesn't apply initially

1. Create score.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Input two crotchets in first bar.
4. Disable 'Note Entry'.
5. Navigate left using the keyboard to the first crotchet.
6. Tie.

Result: Tie doesn't apply.

Workaround: It will apply if you do it the second time, or if you click on the note.

It won't tie now (after following these steps) - you have to click on the note and tie.

I'm unsure if I should change the title to reflect this - slightly different to original report.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5051) - Mac 10.6.8.
