Rename 'shortest note on import'
When importing a MIDI, you are prompted with a dialogue box asking 'Shortest note on import:'.
I didn't understand at first, but I think it should be made clearer (maybe also a small explanation). If I'm not mistaken, I think it should say something like "Value representing the shortest note:".
Can you also rename the window title, capitalising 'Midi'?

Capitalizing done in trunk (r5039)
Let's find something better for the "shortest note on import" but I prefer that one
Thanks.
"Shortest note in MIDI file"?
I just wondered if there are other formats (such as .kar), in which "MIDI" might not cover all of them.
Since the introduction of the MIDI Import Panel, I don't think this applies.
