Restore a deleted palette

S5 - Suggestion

Right now, revision 2925M, it's fairly easy to delete a palette. Sure, it's not amazingly easy, but I think confirmation for deletion would be a safer and less volatile way to go about this. Especially since deleting palettes is probably not going to happen very often, the benefits would outweigh the extra click.

A way to restore the missing palette would be much better than a warning.

Currently Revert to factory settings can be used but it deletes all your other settings at the same time. Microsoft Word (among others) has a View > Toolbars submenu for choosing which are visible. Maybe something similar could be adapted for MuseScore (although this might get confusing with the palette items in the Create menu). Another point of reference is if you right-click on an empty part of the toolbar in Firefox and choose "Customize..."

Status (old) active fixed

Solved in 2.0. Right click a palette-->Reset to factory defaults
only affects palettes.
Also, there's the master palette.
