Individual parts differ from main score.
When I open some individual parts, beams are way out of place (master palette will not correct). Also some measures are changed to multiple measure rests. In the main score everything is displayed properly.

It's normal and correct for parts to display with multimeasure rests by default. You can turn this off by pressing "M". It's also normal that most manual adjustments to positions of elements made in the score won't be copied to parts, since the reason for needing the manual adjustment won't necessarily apply (and even if it does, the specific adjustment required might be different). But beam adjustments normally *are* copied, if made before the parts are generated. My guess is that your tried to make some sort of manual adjustment to the position of beams in the score for some reason before the parts were generated, and these were copied, but that same adjustment looks wrong in the parts.
So changes are what you are seeing is correct. But as mentioned, if you attach the score you are having problems with, we can say for sure.
