Articulation playback disabled in imported Music XML file

1. Open attached file. Notice that the staccatto notes play back correctly
2. Export to a Music XML file then re-import the XML file.
Result: All staccatto playback is disabled. Even if you add new notes and apply staccatto, this is disabled as well. Other articulations may also be affected.
