[Trunk] Applying glissando causes score elements to offset from staff

1. Create score.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Input note.
4. Disable 'Note Entry'.
5. Drag glissando onto note.

Result: The score elements move away from the staff (see attached).

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5051) - Mac 10.6.8.
